Our Story
Oxygen enhance the value of land assets by securing successful planning consents in the fastest possible time. This is done at absolutely no risk or cost to the landowner. We work across many UK councils and all asset classes but specialise in residential sites.
Our extensive contact book of agents, developers, house builders, housing associations, private rental sector / build to rent and off-site construction specialists enables us to secure maximum land value on exit when consents are granted. We always look to line the exit up during the planning process by being proactive to avoid losing time at later stages.
Oxygen operates in all asset classes including residential land, brownfield and industrial sites in addition to commercial and retail site opportunities. We love the challenges presented by some more complex opportunities including strategic sites, greenfield sites, nurseries, pubs, back gardens and even contaminated sites.
